Help for the link, the order and the parcel
Find the next action, the meaning of an order term and the official source to check before acting.
Glossary of the terms you will meet
| Word | Use on this site |
|---|---|
| Stock claim | A listing saying an item is available. Written by the shop, not read from a shelf. |
| Out of stock report | Oopbuy notifying you that the seller reported the item unavailable. The notification to you starts the published reply window. |
| Reply window | The historical help instructions give 72 hours after an out-of-stock notification to reply before cancellation. Check your actual order message. |
| Payment make-up | The published term for being asked to cover a difference when the item price or freight is not what was submitted. |
| Account balance | Credit held in your account. Some historical cancellation instructions route refunds here; check the destination in your own refund record. |
| Withdrawal | A request to return eligible balance through an available payment channel. Check the channel, amount and processing estimate. |
| DIY order | The request form used for links that are not on the directly searchable platforms. |
| Received | The status that starts the storage count. |
| Stocked in | The status that starts the return window. |
| QC | Quality check. The inspection and the standard set of photographs taken when goods arrive. |
Reading order for a first order
Use the buying guide for the complete path from product link to delivery. If a page or price has changed, use link triage with your actual order stage.
After stock-in, review QC and the return deadline. After dispatch, use the international parcel record and tracking number. In each case, contact Oopbuy through the official site with the relevant order or parcel reference.
Common situations
Six practical situations, with their conditions separated. Policy details below come from the dated source record; check the current notice and your own order message.
The order has sat unchanged for days
Processing windows are published in hours, but they are extended when the seller has to be consulted and is not online. The thing being waited on is a person, not a queue.
The listing still shows stock and the agent says otherwise
The operator publishes exactly this case. Store displays are not always updated, and the inventory that counts is what the seller says once contacted.
Nothing was answered within the reply window
The published default is that the agent cancels the order for you, and the product payment returns to your account balance.
The money is needed back on the original card
If money was credited to your balance, a withdrawal may be a separate request. The historical help answer and current return notice give different processing contexts and estimates. Check the destination and channel in the actual refund record; see the refund guide for the distinction.
The link is not on one of the searchable platforms
The request form handles it. The operator names three risks for unverifiable platforms together: an extra service fee, being unable to purchase, and shipping risk.
The goods arrived and something is wrong
Use the after-sales route. The return notice rechecked on 14 October 2026 describes a five-day request window after stock-in for eligible goods, conditional on seller guarantee and resale condition. Confirm the deadline shown on your order.
Official policies and support entry points
The help centre organizes notices by topic. Use the current wording and your order message together; a notice title or a successful page load is not enough to confirm the details.
