How the total is built
Oopbuy’s Service & Fees notice, rechecked 14 October 2026, groups the total into product cost, international shipping and customs declaration fees. Product cost includes seller-to-warehouse freight; value-added services are optional.

A changed link is not a fixed refund calculation
A missing listing does not tell you whether the agent paid the seller, whether goods shipped, or what can be refunded. Check the actual order status before adding up a loss.

Storage while you assemble a parcel
The storage notice captured on 10 October 2026 gives normal packages 90 days from the “received” status. Abnormal packages have a separate period and trigger. Check each item’s deadline in your account instead of counting from payment.
Waiting for one unavailable item can leave the rest of a basket in storage. Compare the remaining deadlines and the price of shipping the available items before delaying the whole parcel.
Currency conversion and top-up fees
Compare like-for-like currencies. The operator’s displayed conversion and your bank or payment provider’s own charges may both affect the amount you pay. Use the confirmation screen and provider terms rather than an exchange rate copied from a search result.
The historical source captures from 10 October 2026 disagree on a wallet top-up surcharge: one shows 4.5% plus a fixed charge, an older help answer about 3.7% plus a fixed charge. Neither is a current quote here. Check the payment option you actually choose.
If an order is cancelled, check which payment or service components are included in the refund. A product refund alone does not prove every associated fee is reversed.
When another buying route may fit better
For one item, compare direct seller delivery with the full agent total. For a group of eligible items, compare separate shipments against consolidation using actual dimensions. For an urgent order, compare published handling and delivery ranges as estimates, not promises.

Compare a replacement before authorising the extra payment
A replacement with a similar product price can change the complete purchase. Record the new variant, quantity and domestic delivery, then ask whether it can join the intended parcel. A rigid box, liquid or battery can change packing or route eligibility even when the listing looks similar.
Keep a small comparison in your own notes: original goods and domestic-delivery payment; any cancellation or credit already recorded; replacement purchase total; remaining shipping estimate. This prevents subtracting a pending refund twice or treating a balance credit as a card refund.
For an illustrative example, a 120 CNY item plus 10 CNY domestic delivery and a 125 CNY item with included delivery are different purchase totals. Neither tells you the international freight. Recheck the actual offer and payment record before choosing; these figures are examples, not current prices.
